Congratulations to our partners Magnusson Architecture and Planning, Xenolith Partners, Women's Prison Association and Home (WPA), and Brownsville Partnership on The Rise being recognized as a NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence and Blue Ribbon for Design Excellence award winner! Targeted for completion in Fall 2024, The Rise will bring 72 high quality affordable housing units to Brooklyn, NY as part of the Vital Brooklyn Initiative. We cannot wait to see the incredible impact this mixed-use development will have on the residents and community!

Detroit Celebrates $1 Billion in Affordable Housing Investment Milestone in 5 Years

As the nationwide housing crisis rages on, the city of Detroit is celebrating a milestone in its efforts to invest in and create more affordable housing in the past five years. Nearly 5,000 units have been added to Detroit's affordable housing stock and over $1 billion has been invested thanks to its city council, partners, developers, and the mayor.
