Vice President, Investor Relations Closing Manager

The Vice President, Investor Relations Closing Manager is an investor’s primary point of contact at NEF during fund due diligence and closing. In conjunction with Relationship Managers, this person actively manages the structuring, investor due diligence, and closing of NEF’s multi-investor funds.

Structured Finance Analyst

The Structured Finance Analyst will provide analytical support to Structured Finance and Non-LIHTC businesses. The Analyst will assist in evaluating the feasibility of Affordable Housing and Workforce Housing financing and investing, including preparing initial financial projections. The Analyst will also assist in preparing engagement or commitment letters, preliminary underwriting, and conducting other analysis and research as required.

Summer Ambassadors

NEF is seeking Student Ambassadors to engage with NEF’s experienced business leaders, developing vital functional skills, best business practices, and teamwork attributes by being exposed to our Best and Brightest talent and each area of the organization. The program is available to juniors, seniors, and recent graduates pursuing a master’s degree. Students will work within various departments such as Asset Management, Finance, Project Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Investor Relations, and Originations. The program is a 10-week paid program running from June 3 through August 9, 2024.
