A few weeks ago, our partners at C&C DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC and Riverside Charitable Corporation celebrated the grand opening of The Meadows Senior Apartments in Lake Forest, CA.
The Meadows offers 65 permanent supportive housing units to low income seniors in Orange County. All units are ADA accessible and adaptable. This senior housing development is not only designed to provide affordable housing but also supports seniors' physical and mental wellbeing with on-site supportive services from LifeSTEPS, pickleball courts, green outdoor spaces and verandas where residents can live in an active community and independently and comfortably age in their own homes.
Recently, the Meadows Senior Apartments won the Senior Housing award at the Affordable Housing Awards 2025. Congrats to all involved in making this development a reality, and thank you to Todd Fabian and Gina Nelson for representing NEF at this event!
