NEF's newly appointed Head of Asset Management, Tracey Ferrara, has been featured in AHF's People on the Move! Tracey has been at NEF for 24 years, working her way through every position on the Asset Management team and has been an exceptional leader and passionate advocate of our mission. In her new role, Tracey will ensure development compliance and long-term viability by overseeing a national team of 70 asset managers, construction risk managers and analysts.
