Southern Oregon expands access to affordable housing in rural communities with the grand opening of Mountainview Townhomes, a 72-unit development in Klamath Falls, OR designed to provide safe, stable housing for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families. Developed by Stewardship Development in partnership with Klamath Housing Authority, Mountainview Townhomes address the region’s ongoing need for affordable housing for families.
This new development serves households earning 30%-60% of the area median income (AMI), with additional Project-Based Rental Assistance units supporting households earning below 30% AMI. Residents have access to a clubhouse community room, sports field, community garden, playground, resident services office, and onsite parking, which offer a connected and supportive living environment.
Funding for Mountainview Townhomes includes Local Innovation and Fast Track (LIFT) funding through Oregon Housing and Community Services.
