This transit-oriented development provides 130 affordable housing units for households making under 50% and 60% of Area Median Income, with 26 units reserved for future residents with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This development is located near Angle Lake and SeaTac International Airport and gives residents easy access to nearby train stations and highways, achieving the goal of becoming a central hub for commuting and travel. Connection at Angle Lake's amenities include resident parking, bike storage, laundry facilities, green gathering spaces and an outdoor playground.
