On the former site of a school rises a new option for senior housing in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Stonegate III at St. Stephens is the third phase of a campus for affordable housing dedicated to seniors, which brings 54 new homes to the area in addition to the 143 provided by the first two phases.

Developed by The Diocesan Housing Services Corporation of the Diocese of Camden, Inc. (DHSC), Stonegate III is close to amenities including a shopping mall, and Route 38 which connects to the NJ Turnpike and I-295. Forty-four of the units are reserved for residents 55 years or older, 5 units are set aside for households experiencing homelessness earning 20% of the area median income (AMI), and 4 units reserved for individuals with physical disabilities transitioning from institutional settings and can live independently at 30% AMI. All residents have access to a social services coordinator from DHSC for 20 hours per week.

Congratulations to our partners on completing this phase of the complex!
