Community Ventures Breaks Ground on The Old First House in Philadelphia

Congratulations to our partners Community Ventures, Inc on the groundbreaking for The Old First House in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Soon, 34 permanent supportive housing units will provide shelter and a safe space for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. The development will be mixed use, utilizing an underused portion of the Old First Church and including more than 2,000 square feet of commercial space with new offices and multipurpose rooms.
