Affordable Housing Equitable Access for Developers (AHEAD) Initiative Closes on New Life Housing Deal

In partnership with our Affordable Housing Equitable Access for Developers (AHEAD) Initiative investors, we are pleased to announce the closing on the fifth deal of the initiative:

  • New Life Housing, a 60-unit affordable housing development in Tacoma, WA with sponsor Shiloh Baptist Church.

NEF established AHEAD to build the financial capacity and experience of non-traditional developers to help them overcome today’s high barriers of entry in accessing LIHTC to create new affordable housing.
