Congratulations to our developer partners at the Madison Revitalization And Community Development Corporation and New Year Investments on the groundbreaking of the first building in the Taking Shape redevelopment Madison, Wisconsin!
This development will provide 164 units of affordable housing to existing residents living on the Triangle, which is an amenity rich location downtown. Taking Shape's redevelopment is intended to combine innovative and sustainable design with the goal of providing heathier living for residents and the world around them. This includes modern amenities and accessibility features, purpose-built spaces to aid service providers in their goal to support the community, places for residents to gather and foster relationships, and expanded green spaces that prioritize connectivity for residents and neighbors alike.
