The Clover, located in South Hadley, MA, is the new construction of a 60-unit development for low- and moderate-income households, with 40 LIHTC units and 20 Workforce units. The development will be a four-story, elevatored apartment building with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, a community room with kitchenette, common laundry room, off-street surface parking, large green spaces, on-site property management office (including 24-hour on-call maintenance), and associated resident services. This is NEF’s first project with Way Finders, Inc. (Way Finders), the developer, guarantor and property manager Way Finders is a 35-year old NeighborWorks affiliate non-profit that has developed over 1,300 units and manages more than 670 unit in the area
