Terwilliger Place (formerly Post West Nine)

Historic rehabilitation of one of several phases of the Soldiers Home project. This portion includes 21 units at 50% AMI and 16 units at 60% AMI. All units will be targeted to homeless and homeless veterans. All units will be subsidized through the VASH program.

36 LIHTC Units; New construction; scattered site project consisting of buildings across 16 city owned lots; 10 units subsidized through Chicago MAUI program; at least 10 units with a preference for veterans and disabled

24 LIHTC Units; new construction; 63% subsidized; 15 of the project units will be targeted as supportive housing and 6 will specifically target veterans
