NEF's Emerging Minority Developer Fund (EMDF) Closes on Second Deal

In partnership with our Emerging Minority Developer Fund (EMDF) investors, we are pleased to announce the closing of Bronzeville Scattered Site, a 25-unit affordable housing development in Milwaukee, WI with sponsors Maures Development Group LLC and Scott Crawford Inc.

NEF established the EMDF to build the financial capacity and experience of developers of color to help them overcome today’s high barriers of entry in accessing LIHTC to create new affordable housing.
