Armand Michael Hyatt Apartments Celebrates Ribbon Cutting in Lawrence, MA

Congratulations to our partners Lawrence CommunityWorks, Inc. on the ribbon cutting for the Armand Michael Hyatt Apartments in Lawrence, MA. Formerly known as the Island Parkside Phase 1, this development brings 40 units of affordable housing to the Mill District neighborhood.
 
NEF is proud to have played a part in the development of Phase 1 of this project and grateful to work with such incredible, dedicated partners who know the impact safe, stable housing can have on communities.

As the nationwide housing crisis rages on, the city of Detroit is celebrating a milestone in its efforts to invest in and create more affordable housing in the past five years. Nearly 5,000 units have been added to Detroit's affordable housing stock and over $1 billion has been invested thanks to its city council, partners, developers, and the mayor.
