Extraordinary things happen when you have great partners
Since 1987, National Equity Fund® has invested more than $13 billion revitalizing neighborhoods,
fostering economic growth and creating affordable sustainable housing.

Family Housing National Equity Fund® strives to close the gap between the availability and need for affordable family housing, improving the health, education and economic outcomes for families.

Safe, affordable housing has been linked with improving health, education and economic outcomes for families. It can connect people to services and resources that include employment, education, entertainment, retail and health facilities. When rent is affordable, families are able to save more money and invest in other basic needs such as food, transportation and quality day-care services.

The gap between availability and the need for affordable housing continues to grow. Families have been turning to shelters because of the lack of housing stock in some communities. National Equity Fund® is committed to increasing the supply of safe, affordable and sustainable homes for our nation’s families.
